Fusion - where urban and country living come together to provide a comprehensive collection of beautifully designed, superior quality homes within a new village environment. This modern village has been planned
with meticulous care to create a great place to live and a premier new address in Woking.
The delightful houses and apartments at Fusion have been imaginatively designed to maximise light and space. Reflecting modern living principles, internal layouts have been carefully conceived to offer a choice of lifestyle from contemporary open-plan to more traditional homes, all complemented by state-of-the-art specifications offering every comfort and convenience.
The Fusion development is also committed to the EcoHomes Scheme. The scheme considers climate change, resource use and impact on wildlife, and balances them against the desire for a high quality of life with a safe and healthy internal environment. Our homes at Fusion achieve an EcoHomes rating of “Very Good”.
To achieve this EcoHomes Rating, Linden Homes have installed the Nuaire Drimaster System into its homes. This is a ventilation system that reuses the warm that is collected in the roof and recirculates it around the rest of the house, cutting down the amount of heating needed and therefore energy used. Solar panels have also been installed on several houses, where the energy stored is used to heat the hot water tank.

Farnham is one of those places where, once you’ve turned off the main road network, you are in a different world. It really is like no other market town, having worked hard to preserve its unique and historic Old English feel. You’ll find both Georgian and earlier Tudor architecture resting under the watchful gaze of the 12th Century church and castle in Farnham. It’s here we are building our new development, Beaufort Park, consisting of just 13 beautiful, spacious and airy family homes, each of which is specified to the highest standard. Inside you’ll find everything you need to successfully live today’s busy lifestyles. Outside you’ll find tempting places to shop, eat, drink and have fun amongst flower filled courtyards, quiet narrow lanes and ancient buildings.
Farnham, despite the past being etched on many of its thoroughfares, offers all the contemporary conveniences and facilities you need for a relaxed and happy future. Its centre is vibrant and bustles around the shops - including many famous high street names - and welcoming pubs, cafes, bars and restaurants.
And, if you prefer a little variety in your retail and entertainment therapy, Guildford, with its historic cobbled streets, Yvonne Arnaud Theatre and the River Wey is in close proximity. Further afield, Basingstoke, with its Festival Place and Reading, with its famed Oracle, are easily accessed in the car and offer unique visitor experiences for you to enjoy. Should you prefer to spend your leisure time in a more leisurely way, we’re sure the charms of Frensham Common, the stunning Devil’s Punch Bowl and Thursley National Nature Reserve will tempt you.
Much more than a selection of desirable homes in a highly sought after location... imaginative layouts, classic design, combined with traditional materials and construction techniques for a timeless appeal. While the intelligent use of space – enhanced by cool, calming finishes – give each home a bright, airy and contemporary feel internally.
We can’t imagine why you’d want to leaveBeaufort Park, but if you do, for business or pleasure, major roads such as the A31, A325 and A323 are all easily accessible, as is the M3. Farnham’s railway station offers fast, regular services to London, as well as other local towns around the area.
